Lord, Make Me Your Instrument

This painting came out of a vision I saw while in a soaking session. In it, I saw myself playing the cello (which I can't actually play). I looked over to my right and saw Jesus playing alongside me. Next thing the vision panned out to show a very well-dressed audience in a very elaborate theatre setting, all intently listening to us play.  I looked back to Jesus but He disappeared! Next thing He loomed large behind me and then subsumed into me to play through me.

To create a two-dimensional image out of a 3D vision is always a bit of a challenge. When I put the images together, the neck of the cellos lined up perfectly, even though, at the time, I didn't realise it!
